Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Traveling Hotel Executive Chef to join our culinary team. This role requires a passionate culinary professional who thrives in diverse environments and is eager to bring exceptional food experiences to multiple hotel locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or resort kitchens, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all culinary operations across various hotel properties, ensuring consistency and quality of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect local flavors and meet guest expectations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and culinary excellence.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain budgetary guidelines.
  • Travel regularly to assigned hotel locations, adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and team dynamics.
