Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. (ESGW) is looking for a motivated, people-focused Talent Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Whether you are launching your career in talent acquisition or building on your recruiting experience, this role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.
As a Talent Recruiter, you will partner closely with the Talent Administrator and People Services team to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who support our mission. You will play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly while providing outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
  • Post, refresh, and maintain open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
  • Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.
  • Assist with talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.
  • Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Represent ESGW at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
