Job description


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, CA! This role focuses on supporting industries such as manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, and administration. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment or administrative experience in these fields who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including:

• Employee on-boarding (I-9, E-Verify)

• Scheduling interviews

• Updating employee records

• Processing background checks and drug screenings

• Completing employee references

• Managing employee conversions and terminations

• Process and audit employee timekeeping and requests

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Leverage various job boards and sourcing platforms for recruitment efforts.

• Track applicants and employees in Bullhorn ATS/CRM

• Navigate client-specific ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse, etc.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Prior experience working in fast pace environment or staffing environment is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong professional written communication skills.

• Availability to work after hours or overtime as needed.

• Passionate about helping others and achieving results.


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• 40 hours / week , overtime available as needed
