This can will be fully remote if not Los Angeles based or this role will be in-person at our headquarters in Los Angeles three days per week if locally based; fully-stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew, and all the good stuff.
Key Responsibilities
• Discover and onboard emerging influencers, guiding them in all aspects of their careers.
• Support your clients in developing career strategies and navigating brand partnerships through negotiations and campaign management.
• Leverage your experience with influencers and brands to ensure seamless collaborations and communication between clients and partners.
• Continuously sign new influencers, focusing on both established talents and rising stars.
• Manage a high volume of brand deals for your clients, maximizing the value of every negotiation.

Experience: 2+ years in talent management and/or influencer marketing experience is required to be successful in this role.*
Sales and Relationship Management: Ability to reach out to influencers, negotiate brand deals, track a pipeline through a CRM, and stay highly organized.

Compensation Package
  • Compensation range includes base + commission $60,000 -$100,000+ in the first year
