Position Summary...Walmart is looking for a Principal Talent Sourcer – Executive Talent Acquisition Partner.
Leadership plays a critical role in how we grow, innovate, and serve our customers. As a Principal, Talent Sourcer on our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us identify and engage VP+ leaders for key roles across the business. Partnering closely with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring a strong understanding of the external talent market, turning insights into proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline.

  • Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing long listing, research, and outreach

What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years of experience sourcing executive or senior leadership talent, ideally within a Fortune 100 company or global executive search firm
  • Strong research and market mapping capabilities, with experience delivering talent insights
  • The ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders and candidates alike
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with the judgment to manage confidential relationships with care
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Avature, and others
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing strategies - leveraging automation, talent intelligence, and data to identify, engage, and prioritize executive-level talent more effectively
