Clerical Support Staff

Law Firm looking for full time clerical support staff member to join our team.

Job duties will include:

  • Prepare form and letter templates.
  • Send and receive emails.
  • Place and receive telephone calls.
  • Data entry.
  • Sorting, collating, copying, filing, and mailing of documents.
  • Additional entry level clerical duties as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
