Job description

In this role, you'll translate Talent Acquisition business rules into meaningful KPIs, monitoring systems, and dashboards that accurately reflect team performance and proactively surface issues before they impact results. This is your opportunity to be the bridge between data and decision‐making, building systems that detect performance drops and data inconsistencies while ensuring a single source of truth for all Talent metrics across multiple platforms. What You'll Do: Analyze trends, detect anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Define and refine KPIs across the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear formulas and measurement criteria that accurately reflect business performance. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to detect performance drops, data inconsistencies, and unusual patterns before they impact results. Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems including ERP, ATS, and CRM, ensuring a single source of truth for all Talent metrics.

Build and refine dashboards in collaboration with the Data Team, ensuring they reflect correct KPI logic and support reporting automation where needed. What We Are Looking For: Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong SQL and database management skills with hands‐on experience working with large datasets.

2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on extracting insights and supporting decision‐making. Proven experience in process optimization and KPI definition, tracking, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in English.
