Job description

About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.

Many of the worldโ€™s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlinkโ€™s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

About The Role

This role will focus primarily on sourcing and talent mapping for GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other strategic business functions, while occasionally supporting technical hiring initiatives.

We\'re looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and passionate about uncovering hard-to-find talent. You\'ll partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, build talent strategies, conduct deep market research, and engage prospective candidates through a combination of traditional and modern sourcing approaches.

The ideal candidate combines strong research skills, creativity, persistence, and a data-driven mindset with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses and talent markets operate.

Your Impact
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence projects across GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal and People functions.

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship-building.

  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry communities, events, talent networks, and alternative sourcing platforms.

  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to increase sourcing efficiency and uncover non-obvious talent pools.

  • Develop targeted candidate engagement campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.

  • Partner with recruiting teams to continuously improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and candidate experience.

  • Gather and share market insights, competitive intelligence, compensation trends, and talent availability data to inform hiring decisions.

  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support employer branding and talent community initiatives to strengthen Chainlink Labs\' presence in key talent markets.

Requirements
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence.

  • Proven success sourcing for business and corporate functions such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent, Operations, or Strategy.

  • Strong research and investigative skills with the ability to uncover niche and difficult-to-reach talent pools.

  • Experience partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Exceptional written communication and candidate engagement skills.

  • Ability to translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies and talent maps.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging sourcing metrics and pipeline analytics.

  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles.

  • Exposure to Web3, crypto, fintech, developer tooling, or emerging technology companies.

  • Experience using modern sourcing and talent intelligence platforms such as Juicebox, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ, Ashby, Metaview, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing workflows and prompt engineering techniques for recruiting.

  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Background in executive search, talent intelligence, or competitive talent research.
