Are you a research maven who loves the thrill of the hunt? We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. Unlike a traditional full-cycle recruiter role, this is a dedicated sourcing position focused on the "top of the funnel."
You will be the engine behind our hiring success, responsible for talent mapping, market research, and initial candidate engagement. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to identify, qualify, and convert top-tier prospects into active candidates for a variety of corporate and specialized functions.
Essential Functions:
- Pipeline Generation: Lead all top-of-funnel efforts, including talent mapping, sourcing, and engaging prospects across multiple platforms.
- Candidate Qualification: Conduct light screenings and high-level qualifying calls to gauge interest and fit before passing leads to Talent Acquisition Partners.
- ATS Management: Meticulously manage candidate flow and documentation through the Jobvite ATS.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers during intake calls to deeply understand technical requirements and team culture.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for external talent, evangelizing our company culture and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Data Integrity: Track and maintain sourcing metrics (screens, conversion rates, etc.) to help measure the success of TA initiatives.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, talent intelligence tools, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) sourcing strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
-The "Sourcing Toolkit": Strong research skills and expert-level familiarity with Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Agility: Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment that includes ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal and presentation skills with a focus on active learning.
- Organization: Excellent planning and project management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite experience is a significant plus).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth environment or the construction industry.
- Functional Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing for a diverse range of roles, including:
- Finance & Accounting: (Budgeting, Payroll, Audits)
- Human Resources: (Benefits, Employee Relations)
- Legal & Compliance: (Contracts, Risk Management)
- IT & Internal Systems: (Infrastructure and Support)
- Executive Leadership: (C-Suite and Admin Support)
- Operations: (Facilities and Office Management)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and labor market intelligence tools.
