Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30PM to 9:30PM
Salary Range: $30 - $32 per hour
Vacancy: Replacement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance for production and facility equipment.
  • Create and complete work orders and enter data into CMMs.
  • Dismantle, move, install and align machinery and plant equipment.
  • Repair, adjust, disassemble, replace parts and reassemble machines, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment to proper operating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine problems independently.
  • Liaise with machine/part suppliers and direct sub-trades.
  • Manufacture simple parts from sketches or samples; performs modifications as necessary including the selection of parts and materials.
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  • Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair product machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work order to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Detect fault operations, defective material and report any unusual situations to the team leader.
  • Perform root cause analysis/troubleshooting/safety and problem-solving of quality error.
  • Function as the key technical resource for multiple machining centers for CNC operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or high school equivalency required
  • License in a relevant trade preferred
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a metal working manufacturing environment
