The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports hiring across Integra’s manufacturing and engineering functions, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire high-quality technical talent across all levels—from hourly technicians to senior engineering leadership. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to the business, leading complex searches, influencing hiring strategy, and driving talent outcomes across critical technical and operational functions.

This role requires the ability to understand technical requirements, build targeted talent pipelines, and provide structured recruiting processes that drive consistent hiring outcomes. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong ownership, proactive sourcing, business acumen, and clear, consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers. Success in this role is defined by the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate evolving business needs, and deliver high-quality talent in a competitive market while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you will do?

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, technical qualifications, and candidate profiles across manufacturing and engineering functions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, talent intelligence, pipeline strategy, and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Recruit across a wide range of roles including hourly technicians, skilled trades, engineers, and engineering leadership
  • Lead recruitment efforts for technical and business-critical roles across manufacturing and engineering teams
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, networking, and market mapping
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-impact technical roles
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical and behavioral fit, aligning talent to business needs and team dynamics
  • Provide structured candidate feedback, hiring recommendations, and consultative guidance to hiring managers to support hiring decisions
  • Establish and drive consistent recruiting processes, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency across searches
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality
  • Drive recruiting activity forward by coordinating next steps, influencing decision-making, and ensuring consistent progress throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain frequent and proactive communication with hiring managers, providing updates, insights, pipeline visibility, and market feedback
  • Execute disciplined, targeted sourcing strategies and refine searches based on candidate quality and hiring manager feedback
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leadership to align recruiting activity with workforce planning and operational priorities
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, process transparency, and proactive follow-up
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels, including hourly technicians, engineers, and leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume, or business-critical recruiting initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience in agency recruiting and/or highly proactive in-house sourcing environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and outreach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and technical hiring managers
  • Ability to understand technical roles and translate requirements into effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with changing business priorities

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
