About the Role

This is not a passive recruiting role. This is an active sourcing, talent-mapping, relationship-building, pipeline-creating position for someone who loves the hunt. You will operationalize strategies defined by leadership and execute them with precision and accuracy.

You will own the candidate experience from outreach to offer, helping to elevate Reflex Mediaโ€™s talent brand through innovative recruiting campaigns and external partnerships. This role plays a key part in elevating Reflex Mediaโ€™s recruiting standards to align with world-class, global hiring practices.

  • Translate direction into actionable recruiting plans and deliver effective, high-quality results.

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
  • Actively source, pursue, and engage high-performing passive candidates from tech companies, marketing agencies, creative studios, AI/ML teams, startups, and top universities.

  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, AI-driven sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, competitive talent mapping, portfolio platforms, and niche industry communities.

  • Build and maintain deep pipelines for high-priority roles across Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, Data/AI, IT, and Customer Support.

ย Candidate Evaluation & Experience
