THE JOB

Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of event execution, including marketing, ticketing, and production for booked events.
  • Manage relationships with regional agents and support national touring engagements as appropriate.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements between Live Nation and artist representatives, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
  • Identify and research local talent to develop and curate standalone events and programming.
  • Cultivate and maintain a network of industry contacts to support business development initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets to ensure financial performance and profitability.
  • Lead night-of-show settlement processes for artists and venues across multiple locations.
  • Attend and provide on-site support for events within the assigned market and other locations as required.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless event execution and operational success.
  • Partner with internal alliance teams to coordinate sponsorship submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate event forecasts and financial projections.
  • Manage internal systems and documentation (e.g., ROME, calendars, ticketing platforms) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update event calendars for assigned venues.
  • Represent Live Nation at industry events, meetings, and internal functions as required.
  • Deliver and uphold high standards of customer service for clients, partners, and attendees.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
