Key Responsibilities
  • Master the Platform: Learn BeatGig's services and value proposition to effectively support Talent Buyers and clients.
  • Build a Pipeline: Research and develop a database of prospective clients, acquiring contact information for outreach.
  • Engage Prospects: Conduct outreach to potential clients, addressing objections to secure bookings.
  • Artist Booking: Check artist availability and assist in negotiating terms with artists, managers, and agents.
  • Contract Management: Secure signed booking contracts and ensure accuracy in all transaction details.
  • Account Completion: Assist in finalizing artist accounts and ensuring all required documentation is in place.
