Job description

Rogall + Co. specializes in protecting and maintaining Central Coast homes. This summer we're growing our exterior-wash business and need motivated reps to hit the neighborhoods, generate leads, and close house-wash jobs. This is a commission-only role built for people who want their income tied directly to their effort - there is no earnings ceiling.
What you'll do
  • Canvass targeted neighborhoods door to door
  • Identify homes that need exterior washing and start the conversation
  • Pitch and sell wash jobs on the spot
  • Hand off booked work cleanly to our operations team

What we're looking for
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to homeowners
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven - you set your own pace
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in summer conditions
