Evening Member Services Receptionist

Part Time/ Year-Round Employment

We are looking for an Evening Member Services Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming first impression of the Club. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team in a wonderful working environment. The successful individual will have a service heart and genuinely enjoy interacting with others in a professional manner.

Core Responsibilities:

ยท Greet members and guests at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately.

ยท Learn the names of members and their families to personalize greetings.

ยท Notify staff of arrivals for meetings.

ยท Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

ยท Create, edit, and maintain banquet event orders for Club functions.

ยท Accept dining reservations and take-out food orders.

ยท Be knowledgeable about Club events, menu items, hours, and directions to the Club.

ยท Handle member and Club information with discretion and integrity.

ยท Other duties as assigned by department managers.

Job Requirements:

ยท Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.

ยท Tech savvy with multiple line phone systems, computers, scanners, and printers.

ยท Strong organizational skills.

ยท Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

ยท Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
