Job description

Harbor View Hotel Management LLC is seeking Line Cooks for the 2026 Summer Season who will be responsible for: setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation and for checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations; preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Will report directly to Executive Chef.
Summer Dates/(H2B Petition Dates): April 1st, 2026 - December 31st, 2026
Employee Housing: Housing is provided if needed to be located on the bus route. Housing is shared and has a weekly fee of $189.00.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation
  • Checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations
  • Preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of successful culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume environment at high-end resort, restaurant or club.
  • Twelve (12) months preferred for candidates to be immediately successful. Must be able to provide a Letter of Experience from previous employers confirming length of experience.
  • Valid US Work Authorization (In Country H2B Transfers Available)
