Bear Flag Fish Company is opening our Costa Mesa location Summer of 2026! Bear Flag Fish Co. is looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and consistency, and works well as part of a team. Our line cooks play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Bear Flag recipes and standards
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
