The Loan Accounting and Servicing Team is a part of the Loan Administration team that provides loan servicing for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Within the Loan Operations environment, this team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Loan Operations team provides loan support and servicing to their internal partners.

The Image Specialist Senior has a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to maintain proper loan document files and record retention for consumer and commercial loans.

The Image Specialist Senior is responsible for scanning and housing commercial and consumer loan documents. Image Specialist Senior's are responsible to ensure loan documents are maintained accurately utilizing correct categories within the imaging software. Accurately categorized documentation provides the ability to retrieve needed information throughout the life cycle of the loan. The Image Specialist Senior is the subject matter for understanding and processing loan images through detail orientation and loan knowledge. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. Our Image Specialist Senior's are motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career.

The Loan Operations team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. You are valued for who you are in a fun, professional setting. It is a smaller team that works closely together to ensure everyone is successful. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Loan Operations and beyond.

How you'll spend your time:

  • You will use problem solving skills to determine where consumer and commercial loans need to be housed.
  • You will need positive communication skills to share information with the other UMB associates if documentation is missing or improperly imaged.
  • You will have to have strong attention to detail to ensure all loan documentation is imaged under proper categories.

Compensation Range:

$25,640.00 - $49,440.00
