Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Warehouse Associate plays a role in daily warehouse operations by handling the picking, packing, and shipping of orders. This position supports the flow of inventory and ensures timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately pick products to fulfill orders based on packing slips or system instructions
  • Pack items securely and label packages for shipping
  • Load, unload, and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy of contents
  • Inspect items for defects and report any issues as required
  • Maintain an organized work area
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by sweeping, taking out trash, and completing other basic custodial tasks as needed
  • Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment or storage
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) if certified
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required uniform and PPE at all times
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a Warehouse position
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials up to 60 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, and being on your feet for the entire shift
  • Repeated bending, reaching, twisting, and squatting throughout the entire shift

Schedule:

  • Part-time; 24 Hours per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • This position is classified as non-exempt, meaning you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with company policy and applicable law
