Job description

Hawksmoor is located in an incredible restaurant space in New York: a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893 with an incredible 10 meter ceilinged assembly hall that forms the main room of the restaurant. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant has a 170 seats with a 50-cover bar and opened in the summer of 2021.
We're looking for Line Cooks to join our team and showcase their culinary skills.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
To be responsible for your section in the kitchen, including, but not exclusively:
o Food quality and consistency
o Efficiency of services/kitchen
o Product and service standards
o Health & Safety
o Maintenance of kitchen equipment
Set an example to staff when working on a section.
