Brief Overview:
Were looking for a personable, organized, and tech-savvy Strategic Partnerships Specialist to build and maintain relationships with pool partners, scholarship organizations, and community collaborators. This role focuses on creating meaningful partnerships, managing communication and logistics, and supporting the growth of our mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities
  • Manage onboarding, agreements, communication, and partnership tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partnership success
  • Use CRM systems, Airtable, and other tools to track progress and performance
  • Represent the organization at meetings and community events
Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
  • Experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, or business development preferred
  • Passion for community impact and youth development is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:

  • $500/week (training: $15/hour)
  • Flexible, hybrid schedule averaging 25 hours/week
