Pay Transparency: 

The anticipated starting salary range is $75,000-80,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

The Sponsorship Strategy team plays a central role in shaping Audacy's monetization strategy across content categories. By developing repeatable, high-impact sponsorship solutions, we ensure our sellers-regardless of level or channel-are equipped with compelling, consistent opportunities that align with marketplace trends and advertiser needs. Our focus is on scale, simplicity, and strategic alignment.

As a Manager of Sponsorship Strategy at Audacy, you'll support the development and enablement of sponsorship opportunities across all content verticals. Your role is to collaborate with strategy leads, marketing, programming, and sales to ensure offerings are well-positioned, easy to sell, and tailored to client demand. You'll contribute to packaging, insights, and internal communications, helping to scale successful sponsorship products across enterprise, local, and multi-market sellers. at Audacy, you'll support the development and enablement of sponsorship opportunities across all content verticals. Your role is to collaborate with strategy leads, marketing, programming, and sales to ensure offerings are well-positioned, easy to sell, and tailored to client demand. You'll contribute to packaging, insights, and internal communications, helping to scale successful sponsorship products across enterprise, local, and multi-market sellers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in building out scalable, cross-platform sponsorship packages across key verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure packages are relevant, timely, and strategically aligned.
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, pricing guidelines, calendars, and playbooks.
  • Conduct competitive and category research to inform positioning.
  • Track success and gather feedback from sellers to help refine offerings.
  • Help maintain a central repository of sponsorship products and performance insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in media strategy, sponsorship, or marketing.

  • Familiarity with audio, digital, and event marketing channels.
