Responsibilities
We are TikTok's Sports Content Strategy & Copyright Partnership Team. Our mission is to bring world-class global sports event content to TikTok and build the platform's positioning as a go-to destination for sports content. Our core responsibilities span the full copyright partnership lifecycle: from opportunity assessment and rights negotiations for top global sports IPs, to content operations and supply optimization post-launch; from cross-functional alignment and on-site execution during tournaments, to post-campaign ROI review and methodology iteration upon partnership completion. We work closely with Business Negotiation Team, Monetization, Data and other teams to translate copyright assets into measurable platform value. If you possess profound insights into the sports industry and are passionate about redefining how sports content is consumed on the world's largest short-video platform, we welcome you to join us. Job Responsibilities - Deliver in-depth insights into the sports industry ecosystem, systematically identify high-value cooperation targets, and establish a priority evaluation framework for partnerships. Leverage TikTok's platform capabilities to formulate clear, actionable commercial cooperation strategies and supporting product solutions. - Proactively explore innovative cooperation models and content supply approaches in the sports industry, expand business boundaries covering copyright cooperation, joint operations, and commercial monetization, and build scalable and reusable cooperation methodologies. - Serve as a core cross-functional coordinator to integrate resources from BD, Partnership, GBS and other teams. Drive the end-to-end execution of cooperation projects from strategy alignment to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones. - Establish core KPI systems for cooperation projects, iterate strategies based on data reviews, and continuously track multi-dimensional performance including content supply, user growth, and commercial monetization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above; - 5+ years of working experience in the sports industry, copyright cooperation, commercial strategy, or strategic consulting. - Possess outstanding strategic thinking, rigorous logical analysis capabilities, and a data-driven decision-making mindset. - Industry Insight & Professional Competence: Have a thorough understanding of the sports industry ecosystem and B2B commercial logic, with in-depth knowledge of IP cooperation, copyright operation and sports marketing strategies. - Adept at integrating internal and external resources to drive efficient delivery of complex projects, with excellent capabilities in negotiation, proposal presentation and project management. Preferred Qualification(s) - Possess a genuine passion for the sports industry and acute industry insights, as well as innovative thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience in successful sports IP cooperation, major sports event introduction or sports strategic projects is preferred. - Collaboration & Execution Capabilities: Goal-oriented with strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills. - Capable of independently conducting industry analysis, opportunity assessment and strategic planning, and delivering persuasive business cases.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
