Responsibilities: Continuously build and improve relationship with a set number of key Trade Partner accounts, either Advertisers or Publishers or both Scale job counts, traffic volume and improve performance of key accounts over time Manage a cadence of check ins and performance review calls or meetings and being overall highly responsive to the needs of the partners. Understanding, tracking and managing partner objectives and expectations Address and mitigate issues quickly if they come up Pre-set realistic expectations on volume and performance Look for opportunity to scale existing channels to get more jobs or traffic Provide insights into data that will help trade partners scale their business with us Work with Traders and Analysts to understand performance data, analysis/reasons, options for scaling and improvement opportunities Work with Trader to create an executive strategy for each key account Research and Network to identify new trade partner opportunities Represent CMP.jobs by attending select trade shows to meet with existing and new partners Experience Required: 5+ years as account executive with enterprise and SMD accounts 1+ year sales or business development experience 1+ year start up experience 1+ year in job advertising/recruitment marketing industry (big plus)
