Scale Inc

Job description

About Scale:

For the past 12 years, Scale Media has been building and scaling science-backed wellness brands. Our portfolio of brands, including Live Conscious, 1MD, and Essential Elements, has grown to 9 figures in revenue while operating profitably with no external funding.

Our team is made up of operators, marketers, and builders focused on products consumers actually trust. We're investing heavily in data and AI to sharpen how we develop products and scale brands.

We believe the best decisions come from data, curiosity, and continuous learning. We value high ownership, candid feedback, and thoughtful execution. As a fully remote company, we lead with clear communication, accountability, and trust, and we give people real room to grow and make an impact.

Scale Media has been recognized as one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers, a Great Place to Work, an Inc. Best Workplace, and an Inc. 5000 company.

If you take ownership, think for yourself, and like solving hard problems alongside people who do the same, you'll fit right in.

The Role

We are hiring an Affiliate Program Manager to centralize and scale Scale Media's affiliate channel across Live Conscious, 1MD, and Essential Elements. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you'll own our affiliate program across Impact.com and Amazon Creator Connections, including partner recruitment and relationship management, campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and cross-functional governance.

The existing program has demonstrated meaningful revenue with limited dedicated management. This role is accountable for driving growth through affiliate partners while protecting incrementality, preventing channel conflict, and turning isolated campaign success into a repeatable, cross-brand capability.

What You Will Do:

Program Strategy & Ownership:

  • Own program strategy and quarterly roadmaps across Impact.com and Amazon Creator Connections.
  • Build a scalable, measurable cross-brand affiliate capability that generates incremental, profitable revenue without compromising brand standards, regulatory compliance, or channel economics.
  • Centralize platform administration, partner standards, reporting, and commercial governance across brands.

Partner Recruitment & Campaign Execution:

  • Recruit and develop publishers, HCPs, doctors, experts, creators, and influencers aligned to each brand's audience and product priorities.
  • Create, launch, and optimize platform campaigns, commission structures, product selections, landing destinations, and promotional calendars.
  • Manage partner onboarding, terms, briefs, links, tracking, content-submission follow-up, and relationship cadence.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Own monthly reporting, partner-level analysis, budget pacing, attribution review, and incrementality testing.
  • Build reusable SOPs, partner tiers, campaign templates, QA checklists, and brand onboarding materials.
  • Monitor fraud, trademark bidding, unauthorized promotion, coupon leakage, channel conflict, and brand-safety issues.

Cross-Functional Governance:

  • Coordinate creative, copy, product education, claims, offers, and inventory readiness with Brand, Creative, Regulatory, Amazon, and Lifecycle teams.
  • Route claims and content through Regulatory/Legal review and ensure ongoing adherence.
  • Lead a weekly cross-brand operating review and contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, publishers, and creator partnerships; Impact.com experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Creator Connections or comparable Amazon creator/affiliate tools.
  • Ability to analyze revenue, commissions, conversion, order value, partner concentration, and contribution economics.
  • Strong publisher and creator recruitment, negotiation, relationship management, and activation skills.
  • Experience working in regulated health, wellness, supplements, or another claims-sensitive category preferred.
  • Cross-functional program management experience across Brand, Creative, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Amazon, DTC, and Analytics.
  • Ability to distinguish attributed performance from incrementality and build practical measurement tests.

What Makes You a Fit

  • A builder who can create scalable programs and processes from scratch, not just run existing playbooks.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable owning reporting and economics as well as relationships.
  • High degree of ownership and a self-starter mentality.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating and prioritizing in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to our Head of Growth.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance
  • Fully remote, full-time position
  • Monthly WFH stipend
  • Generous Paid Time Off program
  • Discounted Products
  • An amazing team to work alongside
