Job description

Affiliate Team Management – Oversee the affiliate team and all aspects of affiliate management including recruitment, account updates, communication, publisher relations, reporting, and other essential tasks. Take a leading role in developing the company'sperformance marketing strategy. Daily publisher Management – Work with publishers to optimize delivery and campaign performance Analyze publisher performance on a weekly basis in order to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and develop/report key metrics back to senior management Publisher Recruitment – Be willing and able to proactively recruit new publishers on an ongoing basis to drive growth Develop and manage ongoing Affiliate calendar and communication plan incorporating promotional campaigns, Publisher partnerships, merchandise plans, and larger client initiatives Manage Affiliate promotional strategy: coordinate with cross-functional teams, create offers, manage placement strategy, conduct analysis to drive future recommendations Implement initiatives that enhance publisher productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with analytics team to develop forecasts and models Manage publisher operations, including acquisition, set-up, lead tracking, payments, invoicing and dispute resolution Monitor competitive landscape and utilize benchmark data to provide insight to key stakeholders on trends and emerging opportunities Meet with partners and attend industry conferences Qualifications 3+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically managing affiliate programs for several brands at once. Familiarity with third-party affiliate platforms (Linkshare, Commission Junction, Impact Radius, etc) Must have established contacts with publishers and affiliate networks. Experienced in the process of prospecting, contacting and recruiting strong partners as well as team management experience. Experience with on-boarding and negotiating with both publishers and advertisers/merchants Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns. Effective project management skills. Team player with the ability to operate as a leader and motivator. Experience working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience a plus) Must be outgoing and engaging – able to represent the company enthusiastically both at industry events and when speaking with clients. Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skills High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
