The Role and What You'll Do:

The Sponsor Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in executing contractual obligations for PBR partners, serving as both a customer-facing representative and behind-the-scenes support. This position is instrumental in ensuring seamless sponsorship activation at PBR-sanctioned events, providing first-class client service, and maintaining accurate and consistent event execution.

  • Collaborate with Partnership Marketing Team to fulfill partner event activations.
  • Oversee arena signage setup, maintenance, and inventory to ensure proper partner representation.
  • Coordinate in-arena sponsorship elements, including promotions and activations.
  • Organize and facilitate giveaways, competitions, and fan engagement activities.
  • Track and manage promotional material distribution and inventory.
  • Support the execution of peripheral ancillary events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to partners.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the PBR sponsorship fulfillment program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer) preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools (e.g., power drill, hammer, wire snips).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and event staff.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
  • Time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple sponsorship activations efficiently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and working in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work long hours during event weekends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
  • Experience in professional or collegiate sports, leagues, or federations preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, promotions, or client relations is a plus.
