ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with various levels of HR team members and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst gathers requirements, writes functional specifications, performs configuration, and testing. This position also supports system upgrades and other technical projects as assigned. 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Technical expertise in UKG PRO WFM, who manages projects and process improvements.
  • Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy changes, enhancements, and fixes to the UKG solution.
  • Subject matter expert UKG PRO WFM to provide quality support and training to users.
  • Recommends process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Support UKG integrations with 3rd party systems, leveraging expertise in various integration technologies.
  • Partner with various HR Functions and Business Leads to identify new enhancements, updates or maintenance opportunities.
  • Evaluate UKG enhancements/fixes that are part of the upgrades and recommend what to implement and then test accordingly.
  • Manage Time Clock ordering and installations
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:  Bachelor's degree 

Required Work Experience:  

  • 5+ Years Experience in UKG PRO WFM Configuration and Functional Support
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and SAP-ECC or S/4HANA is a plus
  • Experience in Data Imports, Interface Specification Writing, and Support is preferred 
  • 5+ Years in Requirements Gathering and Functional Specification Writing 
  • 5+ Years in User Acceptance Testing 

Required Technical Skills:  UKG PRO WFM Functionality, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing, Microsoft Office 

Travel Requirements:  10%

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
