Job Title: Sales Support AdministratorÂ
Reports to: Sales ManagerÂ

Job Summary:Â
The Sales Support Administrator provides critical support to the sales and operations teams. Responsibilities include processing bids and orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, managing delivery and chassis schedules, maintaining records, assisting with quotes, and supporting marketing efforts. Strong communication, excellent computer skills, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.Â

Duties/Responsibilities:Â
Support daily functions including, but not limited to:Â
- Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organizationÂ
- Collaborate with sales manager & shop managerÂ
- Daily interactions with customers & suppliers via phone, email, etcÂ
- Process and submit municipal bids, blanket purchase ordersÂ
- Process municipal equipment purchasesÂ
- Partners with sales team to quote small equipmentÂ
- Intercede between our Howell & Dutton StoreÂ
- Assist with parts & wholesale sale itemsÂ
- Maintain paper & electronic files Â
- Establish & maintain in house customer relationships Â
- Create purchase orders (special orders, stock items, bulk ordering, etc)Â Â
- Maintain company website and clearance items Â
- Assist Sales Team spec writing adhering to Proven Process (SPECS)Â
- Organize customer training and bus trips that are hosted by T&TÂ
- Sales support for shows, customer training, presentations as directedÂ
- Some travel (monthly) to Howell, MI storeÂ
Required Skills/Abilities:Â Â
- Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervisionÂ
- Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office)Â
- Working knowledge of company software and proceduresÂ
- Great attitude and ability to work with othersÂ
- Good communication skills, written and verbal Â
- Attention to detail and good organizational skillsÂ
- Knowledge of Municipal/Government Purchasing is a plusÂ
- Knowledge of Truck build up process is a plusÂ
- Knowledge of Inventory Control is a plusÂ
Education and Experience:Â
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC/marijuana), physical, and background check.
- Must be able to work from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
