Senior Solution Manager - Subscription Management & Billing Enterprise Applications

What you'll do:
The Solution Manager will help accelerate growth and advance NCR Voyix's competitiveness through transforming its business technology and application landscape. The ideal candidate has very strong product management skills and leadership, a solid business mind, and is passionate about driving change and getting things done. This individual will be a trusted partner for internal business stakeholders across business units and functional organizations, understanding and aligning to business strategy, identifying needed capabilities and requirements, and owning a roadmap that will enable the business strategy. The Solution Manager will work hand-in-hand with the agile delivery teams to deliver on the roadmap and its objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Business-facing partner for the IT organization
  • Manage entire solution lifecycle from concept to launch to discontinuation
  • Own the vision, roadmaps, program backlog, business prioritization, ROI, value, and business relationship for the designated business value stream
  • Provide successful solutions that meet/exceed expectations and provide business value
  • Facilitate across relevant stakeholders and agile teams to gather business requirements and deliver on needed business capabilities to meet the requirements
  • Be responsible for the roadmap, its success, and its committed business case deliverables
  • Deliver successful solutions that align with business priorities and business value

Educational & Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, MBA preferred
  • Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Fusion Receivables experience preferred
  • 10+ years of proven product/solution management experience leading large scale IT solutions for Subscription Management and Billing applications in a transformational environment
  • Full understanding of subscription lifecycle and product/customer entitlement processes
  • Billing and invoice presentation experience, inclusive of taxation, for both subscription and non-subscription sale types
  • Experience working in a global, multi-national software technology firm
  • Agile delivery methodology experience
  • Proven ability with facilitating and collaborating across stakeholders and agile teams to achieve solution goals
