Data Strategy & Solution Manager As a Data Strategy and Solution Manager with Bayer Crop Science, you will lead data strategy and implementation decisions for North America, Australia, and New Zealand (NA ANZ) Product Supply. You will partner with Product Supply, Commercial, and IT project teams to ensure data provisioning strategies meet process needs while balancing regional and global priorities.

Through strong stakeholder relationships, you will influence and drive region-wide improvements that strengthen the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data flows supporting NA ANZ Product Supply. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role are to: Develop knowledge base of current state process enablers from an application and data perspective. Help build knowledge needed deeper in functional teams.

Represent North America (NA) in Global Projects and in New Business Innovation Initiatives. Engage with Regional IT leaders to define leading practices and design patterns in data strategy for the NA region. Define and execute a data strategy on behalf of NA ANZ Product Supply that improves the accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of data and ensures access to data generated from and used by external sources and functions outside of SCM.

Contribute to and apply design principles and standards to govern reference, transactional, and reporting data that is captured in enterprise (SAP, SFDC) and function specific tools. Work closely with the IT organization to highlight and resolve data gaps and opportunities to improve data delivery SLAs. Drive business execution of investments needed to achieve the data strategy in collaboration with global and local IT organizations.

Play the role of business project manager and/or business data solution lead on the largest strategic projects for NA. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required: Bachelor's Degree in computer or information science, data science, or business related field 10 years of relevant professional experience, including experience with data strategy, data governance or driving supply chain data solutions Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to understand complex data processes and consequences of decisions and design solutions considering risks Experience with customer and partner data Excellent collaboration skills to work across diverse stakeholder groups Ability to influence all levels of the organization Preferred: 3+ years of project experience with change management experience 3-5+ years experience in data strategy, data governance or driving supply chain data solutions Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $124k-180k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant).
