Business Development (Residential + Commercial) + Sales Rep

West Palm Beach, FL โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 3 days ago

Job description

We are looking for a Business Development powerhouse to own the growing Palm Beach County market. We work together ... we provide leads and you also source additional business. Whether it's residential single family homes or large property associations, local restaurants or businesses, or municipal contracts, you would be the face of our solutions.
What Your Day Looks Like
No two days are the same. You are a consultant and a problem solver. You'll spend your time in the field:
  • Diagnose & Consult: Meet homeowners at their property to identify pest, termite, or lawn & ornamental issues.
  • Commercial Strategy: Walk through restaurants, offices, warehouses and municipal buildings to build custom protection plans.
  • The Hunt: While we provide a steady stream of leads, you have total freedom to target any neighborhood or business you see potential in.
  • Close the Deal: Use your iPad to build quotes on the fly and secure the contract.

What We Provide (The Tools for Success)
  • Company Vehicle: A branded take-home vehicle with a gas card.
  • Tech Suite: Latest iPad and cell phone for seamless mobile quoting.
  • Freedom: Manage your own schedule. We care about your results, not your clock-in time.
  • Training: Expert-level training on termite behavior, lawn health, and pest biology so you can sell with absolute authority.
  • Compensation: unlimited commission

Who You Are
  • Proven Closer: You have 2+ years of outside sales experience (home services, roofing, windows, solar, and/or landscaping experience is a huge plus).
  • Versatile: You are just as comfortable talking to a homeowner in their kitchen as you are pitching a board of directors at a municipality or property owners association.
  • Self-Starter: You are self motivated to achieve your results.
  • Clean Driving Record: Since you'll be behind the wheel of a company vehicle, a valid FL driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Equal Opportunity Employer
