Job description

We are seeking a driven and well-rounded Early-Stage Solar Project Manager to support the development of utility-scale solar projects from inception through pre-construction handover. This role provides critical project, technical, commercial, and financial support within the early-stage development phase. It is ideal for proactive professionals with strong business acumen and technical interests, or for those with engineering backgrounds seeking broader project management exposure. The position offers a significant opportunity for professional growth in renewable energy project management.


Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of assigned solar projects, managing them through the early-stage development process in preparation for construction handover.
  • Deliver technically feasible, commercially viable, and financially sound projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Analyze technical and financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project capital budgets with a focus on accuracy and cost control.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, permitting authorities, and subject matter experts.
