About Us

Cadet Property & Association Management is an owner-led property and association management firm built on Clarity, Control, and Accountability. We work with boards that want direct access to leadership, transparent fee structures, and consistent, documented workflows.

The Role

We’re hiring a part-time Business Development & Client Relations Coordinator to manage lead follow-up, schedule and attend board meetings, conduct site visits, and clearly communicate why boards should choose Cadet. After a board selects us, you’ll coordinate onboarding and transition steps to ensure a smooth start.

Important: Pricing, proposals, and contracts are handled exclusively by the Founder.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and referrals promptly; keep opportunities moving
  • Qualify prospects (community type, unit/parcel count, pain points, decision timeline)
  • Schedule discovery calls, site visits, and board meeting presentations
  • Conduct site visits and provide structured notes and observations
  • Attend board meetings (in-person/virtual) and present our value proposition
  • Handle common questions and objections while staying within role boundaries
  • Coordinate onboarding/transition steps after selection (document collection, kickoff scheduling, timeline tracking)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline notes and provide recaps/updates (including a meeting recap within 24 hours)
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, client relations, property management, or a board-facing service role
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Comfortable attending board meetings and conducting site visits
  • Highly organized; able to track multiple opportunities and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
Preferred
  • HOA/condo association management experience (or related vendor/service experience)
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and basic reporting
  • Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole or Spanish) is a plus
Schedule & Flexibility
  • Up to 15 hours/week
  • Flexibility required for evening board meetings and occasional site visits
