As a Lead Patient Care Coordinator (Lead PCC), youโ€™ll drive sales performance, mentor a team of high-performing consultants, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.

This role is perfect for sales professionals who have mastered consultative selling and are ready to step into leadership โ€” coaching others, refining sales strategy, and helping clients achieve transformative results.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead by example in high-ticket aesthetic sales, conducting expert in-person consultations
  • Coach and develop Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to strengthen sales performance, conversion rates, and service standards
  • Partner with the Location Director to set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies
  • Educate clients on LaserAwayโ€™s full suite of services, including laser, body contouring, and injectables
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that enhance results and revenue
  • Oversee front desk operations and maintain an elevated clinic environment aligned with LaserAwayโ€™s brand standards
  • Support behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring smooth clinic flow and premium client experiences
