The Business Development Manager leads the firm’s business development strategy within the AEC industry. Reporting directly to the President, this role drives strategic growth by strengthening client relationships, advancing aligned pursuit opportunities, and expanding the firm’s market presence.
The position requires a deep understanding of the AEC market, a well‑established professional network, and a proven record of driving strategic growth and client engagement across both public and private sectors.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive business development experience within the AEC industry.
  • Strong understanding of AEC delivery methods, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success developing and advancing strategic business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain long‑term client and partner relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
