Job Description
Colonial Behavioral Health provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and their family members in the areas of mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disabilities. Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.
We are currently recruiting for a Information Systems Analyst position within our Information Systems Department. This position is responsible for providing help desk support for software systems, with it's primary focus being the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Job Duties
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and route issues into the proper ticketing systems and update and close tickets in a timely manner.
  • Establish and terminate users, manage access levels and reset passwords.
  • Identifies, develops, implements, tests, and maintains operational documentation for the agency related to software systems and business processes.
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering software systems abilities and limitations.
  • Verifies, analyzes, validates, and performs data cleanup for all software systems through various methods.
  • Actively participates with user groups and user forums.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday- Standard Business Hours

  • Proven organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms.
  • Must be able to manage day-to-day duties while participating actively in new implementations.
  • Proven ability to project manage and team collaboration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level skill with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Heath Information, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field,or progressive experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. preferred
