Our integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions uniquely position us to help partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs. Position Summary: The Project Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a technical and software development environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and supports the use of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables. Support software development projects and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Track project status, risks, issues, and action items. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates. Support continuous improvement and adherence to project management best practices. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, Scrum, or related roles within a technical or software development environment. Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
