Scrum Master Opportunity

Dynamic Work schedule - This is 5 days on site a month- in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.

Location: Smithfield, RI or Merrimack, NH

Must Have: 3+Years on Agile Team 2+ Years as Scrum Master Experience with python, DevOps, databases, cloud tech (Azure or AWS), experience in computer engineering are a big plus.

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over four hundred professionals who support clients on the management of their domestic benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.

Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e., Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle. Scrum Master will support two or more multi-functional teams within Data Consulting, engaging with various members of the team and the management team to reinforce and embed a lean management approach in the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and engaged leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative culture.

The Expertise You Have
  • Have a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar certificate (e.g., SA, PSM, ACP)
  • Should have at least 3+ years working as part of an agile team
  • Should have at least 2+ years working as a Scrum Master
  • Experience using Jira or a similar agile tool (e.g., Rally, CloudCoach, Trello)
  • Experience with MS Team, Confluence and SharePoint is a plus
  • Scrum Master experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Financial experience a plus
  • Resource will need to be an initiative-taker capable of learning fast in a high paced environment

  • Supporting adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams)
  • Ability to maintain project prioritization across a large spectrum of unique and specialized products and workflows.
