As a Software Engineering Manager, you will leverage a combination of technical expertise, product management, project management, and managerial skills to lead and inspire a team of software engineers and product analysts to develop a Commercial Lines Underwriting Desktop application. You will also maintain and improve software supporting Workers’ Compensation Reporting and associated systems.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

    • Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.

    • Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.

    • Knowledge of underwriting processes and software preferred.
