As a Business Development Representative with our company you will be involved in:

· Setting up qualified meetings for our clients through cold outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
· Understanding our client’s needs and requirements
· Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Achieving weekly & monthly sales goals
· Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
· Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
To be considered as a Business Development Representative you must possess the following skills:

· Proven inside sales experience or willing to learn and determined to succeed in an inside sales environment
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing up to 100 calls per day is a plus
· Track record of hitting or exceeding goals
· Experience working with Microsoft and a CRM is preferred but not required.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· A positive attitude
