Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing restoration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, facility managers, and other referral partners while generating new business opportunities in the restoration and mitigation industry.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, community involvement, and outside sales.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
    • Insurance adjusters and agents
    • Property managers
    • Plumbers and HVAC contractors
    • Facility managers
    • Commercial property owners
    • Realtors and local businesses
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber of commerce meetings, and BNI groups
  • Conduct daily marketing routes and in-person visits to referral partners
  • Promote company services including:
    • Water damage restoration
    • Fire and smoke restoration
    • Mold remediation
    • Biohazard cleanup
    • Reconstruction services
  • Create and deliver presentations and marketing materials
  • Track all sales activity and contacts within CRM software
  • Follow up with existing clients and referral sources regularly
  • Assist with community outreach and brand awareness campaigns
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Minimum number of weekly sales calls and site visits
