Overview: Untied Labor Group, a subsidiary of NSC, has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Business Development Representative to join our team, in Indianapolis, IN . You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Business Development Representative, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Business Development Representative Essential Job Functions/Requirements

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting including, client relations, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management
  • Develop contacts and relations with new client companies, resulting in new job order assignments
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Monitor sales metrics
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
  • Ability to cold call client companies and candidates and generate interest
  • Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with all client contacts
  • Great customer, candidate and employee service skills
  • Must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines

Business Development Representative Required Experience

  • Min 3 years Account Manager/Sales experience in the staffing industry
  • Experience preferred but willing to train the right person with the drive to succeed in what they do.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in person & via phone).
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to remain flexible and work within a fast-paced environment
