Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Sr Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements for hospitality technology projects. Create detailed process flows, technical documentation, meeting notes, requirements documents, and stakeholder communications

Partner with IT teams, hotel operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to support project delivery and operational improvements. Support Front of House and guest-facing technology initiatives including POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, and hospitality applications. Track project requirements, dependencies, risks, action items, and implementation activities.

Assist with testing coordination, process validation, issue tracking, and rollout support activities. Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, high-visibility hospitality environment. Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology projects.

Strong experience with technical documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication. Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, casino, restaurant, or other customer-facing operational environments. Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Must possess enough technical acumen to understand systems, integrations, and technical discussions. Local Las Vegas candidates only - onsite 4 days per week.

Experience supporting Front of House (FOH) or guest-facing technology projects. Experience with hospitality technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, or hotel operational systems. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
