Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of program management experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs with engineering teams.
  • Deep domain expertise in financial services, banking, FinTech, or regulated environments.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Proven experience leading technical programs from inception through delivery and adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing program risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive program decisions and outcomes.

Experience:

  • Experience delivering large-scale technical programs in financial services environments.

  • Contribute to Program Management Center of Excellence initiatives, including process improvements and portfolio management.
  • Support leadership communications, reporting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Ensure successful program delivery through disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment.
