Job description

At Amazon Key for Business (KfB), we are transforming how delivery drivers access residential and commercial properties - enabling seamless, secure package delivery at every customer's doorstep. Our team builds innovative IoT and AI-powered solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sr.

Technical Program Manager to join our KfB Software team and drive the delivery of our most critical programs.
In this role, you will own program management for AI-powered full-stack application development and workflow automation - two of the team's highest-priority initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery of mobile, web, and backend application enhancements that directly impact the delivery driver and end-user experience, while leading the automation of operational workflows leveraging AI tools. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our business operations and supporting the activation of millions of new properties.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for full-stack application development (mobile, web, and backend), coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, design, and operations teams
- Drive automation programs leveraging AI tools to significantly reduce operational cycle times and manual effort
- Manage a high-velocity release cadence across the product portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards
- Define and track program milestones, KPIs, and success metrics; communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with partner teams to align on priorities and resolve dependencies
- Develop scalable program management processes and mechanisms to support rapid business growth
- Drive technical trade-off discussions and help engineering teams make informed decisions that balance speed, quality, and customer impact
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks across complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities
A day in the life
A typical day involves leading sprint planning and program reviews with engineering teams, and driving alignment meetings with product and operations stakeholders

You'll review technical designs for upcoming features, track delivery milestones across multiple workstreams, and escalate blockers to ensure the team maintains velocity on our highest-priority initiatives. No two days are the same - you'll context-switch between deep technical discussions and strategic planning with leadership.
About the team

Our team is at the forefront of applying AI to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. True to Amazon's Day One culture, we remain customer-obsessed and embrace new challenges where every day presents opportunities to innovate and delight our customers.
