Job description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst. The Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst is a core member of the Corporate Strategy team. The Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst execute analysis, develop proposed action items, and lead initiatives related to margin improvement, integration support, and operational support to the field. This role will report full time into the Irvine, CA corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals; coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, manage timelines, and address any challenges that arise
  • Support execution of post-merger integrations (PMI) by working with the Strategy team to develop integration plans, track progress, and ensure that synergies and efficiencies are realized as planned
  • Provide leadership support to the Corporate Strategy team across a variety of initiatives, develop support materials, coordination plans, and communication channels to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Conduct advanced analytics using Excel, SQL, and other software; develop complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations to analyze financial trends and evaluate operational metrics
  • Create visually compelling presentations to communicate findings, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate project updates to stakeholders; ensure that presentations are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience, integrating data visualizations and summaries to support decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, the Sciences or Engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in a similar role managing strategic projects and/or conducting advanced business analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Able to adapt to everchanging priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Working knowledge of SQL

BENEFITS:

  • Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 /yr

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
