What youll do
  • Partner with the Head of Automotive Components NAMEX and Leadership Team to support development, execution, and tracking of regional business strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Drive business performance management through governance of key KPIs, business reviews, executive reporting, and strategic action tracking.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations through financial, commercial, customer, and market analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Coordinate leadership team governance, business planning processes, and organizational communications, including town halls and management meetings.
  • Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business development activities, including due diligence, integration governance, and synergy tracking as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement of management processes, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution of business objectives.
  • Lead special projects on behalf of regional leadership, supporting growth, transformation, and value-creation initiatives.
