This role leads cross-functional initiatives, implements best practices, and drives continuous improvement to enhance operational performance, safety, and financial outcomes.This role reports to the Senior Manager Process & Control Systems Engineering. What you will do: Develop and deliver complex engineering designs, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and cost estimates.Lead process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.Drive implementation and adherence to Best Operating Practices (BOP) and continuous improvement frameworks.Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex process deviations with sustainable solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain) to solve challenges and implement improvements.Ensure accurate and compliant Management of Change (MOC) documentation for process updates.Share and scale best practices and new technologies across sites to drive enterprise-wide impact.
