Role: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Cambridge, MA
Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations by developing robust production processes, validating manufacturing equipment, introducing new products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Lead equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Support new product introductions (NPI).
  • Perform root cause investigations and CAPA.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and R&D teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with GMP or medical device manufacturing.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
