What You'll Do:
As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and learning partner by:
Facilitating leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions across the organization
Providing leadership, executive, and career coaching to support individual and organizational success
Designing and implementing learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and workforce readiness
Partnering with leaders to identify development opportunities and create targeted learning strategies
Supporting organizational change initiatives through thoughtful planning, communication, and employee engagement efforts
Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop impactful learning experiences
Designing programs grounded in adult learning principles and best practices

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in organizational development, leadership, and/or transformation and change management required, including personal, leadership, or executive coaching experience; or
2. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in organizational development, leadership, and/or transformation and change management required, including personal, leadership, or executive coaching experience.

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
