Trident Consulting is seeking a " Organizational Development Consultant” for one of our clients in " Aliso Viejo, CA” A global leader in business and technology services.


Position: Organizational Development Consultant

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $50–$53/hr.

Department: Human Resources


Position Summary

  • The Senior Organizational Development Consultant serves as a strategic advisor to Human Resources and business leaders by translating employee feedback and organizational data into actionable insights that strengthen engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
  • This role leads the analysis, interpretation, and communication of engagement survey results and other employee experience data sources to identify trends, organizational risks, strengths, and improvement opportunities. The consultant partners closely with leaders to facilitate understanding of employee sentiment, drive action planning, and support meaningful organizational change


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret employee experience data, including engagement, pulse, and culture survey results.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify organizational trends, root causes, emerging themes, strengths, and areas of organizational risk.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership audiences.
  • Facilitate survey results reviews, insight discussions, and action-planning sessions with leaders and functional teams.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders to address employee feedback and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics platforms to accelerate data synthesis, theme identification, and insight generation from employee comments and sentiment data.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on employee sentiment, engagement drivers, organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and change readiness.
  • Translate employee experience findings into organizational development interventions focused on leadership, communication, collaboration, inclusion, and team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate action plan effectiveness, organizational trends, and employee experience outcomes.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide people strategies, organizational development programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Use data analytics, visualization tools, AI-enabled technologies, and storytelling techniques to develop business-focused recommendations.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, Employee Experience, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting employee survey data, including engagement, culture, pulse, or Great Place to Work assessments.
  • Experience with employee-tied surveys.
  • Strong data analytics and synthesis skills with an organizational development mindset.
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with leaders on complex organizational and people-related topics.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting information and insights to leadership.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics, visualization tools, AI-enabled technologies, and storytelling techniques to develop business-focused recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude; other AI tools are transferable
