SENIOR MANAGER - EEA PLANNING
The Hackett's EEA Planning Practice helps organizations discover the optimum levels to scope, functionality and precision to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times within planning applications.
Oracle Hyperion Planning Senior Managers have well-honed consulting and technical skills in the management of major project components or entire projects. Additional roles that our Senior Managers play:
    Identifying and resolving issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success
    Providing technical/functional content knowledge
    Developing and presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior client management
    Providing solution implementation assistance as required
    Developing leading intellectual capital and insight to present to clients
    Overseeing the quality of deliverables
    Leading, coaching, developing and supervising the efforts of junior staff
Senior Managers will typically have:
    8+ years Hyperion related consulting experience showing progression/promotion
    Exceptional understanding of Oracle Hyperion's EPBCS Planning Application within targeted industries and consulting service lines
    Broad expertise with EPBCS, Essbase, EPMA, ODI, workforce, CAPEX, calc scripts, DRM and HFM.
    Full commitment to utilizing Hyperion technical skills
    Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
    The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
