Overview

The Senior Manager role is a senior consulting leadership position responsible for owning multiple complex client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and driving high quality execution across teams. Senior Managers operate with significant autonomy, translating strategy into delivery, managing scope and resourcing, and ensuring projects move from ambiguity to measurable outcomes. This role also includes meaningful responsibility for talent development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Program Leadership
  • Provide end to end leadership for multiple concurrent client engagements, setting direction, priorities, and delivery cadence

  • Own program governance, including scope, timelines, resourcing, risks, and interdependencies across workstreams

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics and translate strategic objectives into executable plans

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive level clients, navigating both strategic and organizational dynamics

  • Ensure consistent, high quality delivery by overseeing teams, reviewing outputs, and course correcting as needed

  • Design and facilitate executive meetings and workshops that drive clarity, alignment, and decision making

  • Adapt frameworks and methodologies to client context while maintaining delivery discipline and rigor

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen impact within existing engagements and support business development through scoping and proposal development

People Leadership and Firm Contribution
  • Serve as a Career Manager, coaching and developing team members across levels

Required Qualifications
