Job Description
Purpose:
The Manager, AI Learning Programs- Learning & Leadership Development is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality AI learning initiatives across the enterprise. This role coordinates program timelines, content publishing, learning platform management, learner communications, and operational tracking to ensure AI learning experiences are delivered smoothly, consistently, and at scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other team members in the development of new AI learning programs, resources, and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing materials.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution calendar for AI learning programs and launches across the enterprise.
  • Work cross functionally to coordinate content reviews, localization, user acceptance testing, publishing and event logistics.
  • Track participation, completion, feedback, and other program metrics through custom dashboards and reports.
  • Support LMS/LXP administration and maintenance.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent professional experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, program management, instructional support, or related roles.
  • Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent project coordination and execution skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience with learning platform administration
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams
